Clinical behavioral-health capacity for organizations serving older adults—from embedded, on-site care and care-team collaboration to higher-acuity stabilization for PACE participants when needs exceed the existing care environment.
Solara works alongside organizations responsible for the health and stability of older adults. We can add behavioral-health capacity inside the existing care setting, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and—for contracted PACE partners—provide access to more intensive services when a participant requires a higher level of care.
Solara clinicians can work within the partner organization’s care environment, providing individual and group therapy, behavioral-health support, and ongoing communication with the existing care team.
For PACE partners, Solara can provide medically supervised detoxification, psychiatric and behavioral stabilization, structured therapy, medication management, and coordinated transition back to the PACE team.
Solara can explore contracted professional behavioral-health services with Medicare Advantage plans, delegated medical groups/IPAs, and other risk-bearing organizations seeking additional clinical capacity for older adults.
Solara is designed to supplement—not displace—the resources an organization already has. Our role can range from adding licensed behavioral-health clinicians within an existing care environment to helping manage participants whose needs have escalated beyond routine outpatient support.
Solara has provided licensed behavioral healthcare for more than two decades and has maintained Joint Commission accreditation since 2009. Our clinical and operational infrastructure spans behavioral-health staffing, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, substance-use treatment, structured programming, and care coordination.
PACE organizations manage complex behavioral-health needs inside a highly coordinated, capitated model. Solara can provide additional behavioral-health capacity within the PACE environment and a defined escalation pathway when a participant requires detoxification, intensive stabilization, or residential support.
For Medicare Advantage plans, delegated medical groups/IPAs, and other risk-bearing organizations, Solara can explore direct contractual arrangements for professional behavioral-health services and embedded clinical support. The objective is straightforward: add experienced behavioral-health capacity around the member and the existing medical team without requiring the organization to build every component internally.

Solara didn’t just treat my PTSD; they helped me find peace in a way no other program ever has. The combination of therapy gave me strength, and for the first time in years, I feel like myself again.

I was hesitant about treatment because nothing had worked for me before, but Solara felt different from the start. The staff truly listened and understood what I was going through, and being surrounded by people who understand me made me feel less alone. It wasn’t just about getting better it helped me reconnect with who I am.
